You know those clear plastic tank protectors you can buy for your street bike? I decided to make my own. I had a surplus of some 3M adhesive film and after a bit of trimming and snipping I had a working tank protector. It probably is a bit easier to just order one that's pre cut to fit your tank, but I didn't want to wait for it to get here. :) Just take your time and pay attention to those compound curves. Don't sweat the bubbles, the plastic is breathable and the bubbles will work themselves out through natural bleeding.
