I just noticed this post.. I'm not sure what a honda HR100 is.. maybe you mean xr100? If it won't run off choke, I'm thinking it's getting too much air. Maybe it has a hole in the rubber boot that connects the carb to the head. Valves could be out of adjustment and hanging open. It could be a fuel delivery problem. Clogged fuel line, clogged carb jet. If you've messed with the carb.. I'd say start with 2 turns out on the idle air mixture screw. Can you use the throttle to keep the bike running when the choke is shut off?
