Same Old Story..

I've been busy most of the summer tending to my sick puppy Kirby. He can't use his back legs, but he's too nice of a dog to put down and doesn't seem to be in any pain. It takes a lot of time watching him and I seem to forgo other activities such as cycling to tend to him. You can read a bit about his progress at dpotts.com. It doesn't look like Kirby is getting any better and in fact is slowly getting worse. I'll just keep making him as comfortable as i can until it seems he's had enough.

Pet's are a part of the family.

I know what it's like seeing a companion like your Dog getting sick. My Cat's the same way. His lag's are ok but it looks like he has an infected tooth. His jaw's all swelled up and he's druwling all the time. I crushed up an aspern then added it to butter and he lick's it right up. I could tell it helped, he was carrying him self a little different than before the aspern. I've only known my friend for a couple years and I looked into what it was going to cost to fix his tooth if that were the problem. $150. at the least. I really can't spend that much on him. I know that sounds cold. I really don't know how old he is. He lived with my friend for 10 years and he was a full grown cat when he moved in with them. My Friend passed and her cat needed a place to live. He chose my place I really didn't chose him. To bad he chose a poor person rather than someone with money.
